Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages and conditions
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Perform emergency medical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals
• Manage multiple patients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure timely and appropriate patient disposition (admission, discharge, transfer)
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Meditech EHR system
• Adhere to all hospital policies and emergency department protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with the latest emergency medicine techniques and practices
