Job Summary
Keeping warehouse organized and clean, going to customer homes and replacing sashes, solving problems, fixing issues. Unloading window, door and material deliveries, must have common knowledge of how a window, door and/or siding works/installed. Will be responsible for everyday duties. Pay will be determined by applicants experience.
Responsibilities 
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
  • Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem, facilitating a resolution, and timely following up with customers.
  • Follow standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace/vehicle.
  • Provide assistance with training and orientation for other team members as assigned.
  • Able to install minor window/door jobs.
Qualifications
  • Must speak and understand English fluently.
  • Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills including active listening, critical thinking, and desire to resolve customer concerns.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coachable with the ability to learn new programs and processes.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work on a team.
