About the Role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and helping people turn their travel dreams into reality? We are expanding our remote team and seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join us as Travel Client Success Advisor.

As a Travel Client Success Advisor, you'll partner with clients throughout their vacation planning journey by providing expert guidance, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building lasting relationships, staying organized, and delivering outstanding support in a flexible work-from-home environment.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about each client's travel goals, preferred destinations, schedules, and vacation budget
  • Explore and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, guided tours, transportation, and destination experiences
  • Create personalized travel recommendations that reflect each client's interests and priorities
  • Arrange accommodations, transportation, excursions, and related travel services through approved supplier networks
  • Prepare customized itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documentation, and departure information
  • Support clients with itinerary revisions, booking updates, cancellations, and special accommodation requests
  • Review reservations to help ensure every travel detail is accurate before departure
  • Keep clients informed by providing timely updates and answering questions throughout the planning process
  • Maintain organized client files, reservation details, and communication records within company systems
  • Work closely with preferred travel suppliers to provide outstanding service and travel solutions
  • Continue developing your knowledge through destination training, supplier education, and professional development programs
