Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation and architecture initiatives.
Design and implement Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines.
Lead integration across AEP, RTCDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign.
Define data architecture, customer identity strategy, segmentation, and activation solutions.
Work closely with business, product, engineering, data, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions.
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor AEP developers and engineers.
Troubleshoot complex AEP integration, data ingestion, identity resolution, and profile-related issues.
Establish best practices for AEP governance, security, data quality, and implementation standards.
Manage technical deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams.

Core Skills

Preferred: Adobe Experience Cloud certifications and experience leading large-scale enterprise AEP implementations.
