We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation setting in Riverview, Florida. This role focuses on working with children and families to assess behavioral needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary rehabilitation professionals and caregivers to support developmental progress, communication, social skills, and positive behavioral outcomes. Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses for pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on patient needs
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians or support staff as needed
• Collaborate with families, therapists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify intervention strategies based on data and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards
• Educate caregivers on behavioral strategies and carryover techniques for home support





Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida, if required
• Previous pediatric or outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral challenges is highly preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
