Position Purpose
Creations is building a distinctive business at the intersection of medical aesthetics, wellness and aging well. We are seeking a relationship-centered commercial builder who can turn local awareness into qualified conversations, booked appointments, collected revenue and long-term guest relationships.
This role combines business development, consultative sales, community partnerships, event strategy and brand stewardship. The Business Development & Sales Manager will own the growth pipeline and its results while coordinating execution with Guest Relations, providers, the Spa Manager, finance, internal content support and external marketing partners.
Role mandate: Help Creations grow by building a disciplined, measurable path from relationship and inquiry to appointment, purchase, membership, retention and referral - without losing the warmth, trust and care that define the Creations experience.
What Success Looks Like
- A visible, consistently managed pipeline shows where every qualified lead came from, what happens next and what revenue resulted.
- Local partnerships and community events generate qualified appointments and collected revenue - not just exposure or attendance.
- Existing provider and treatment capacity is filled thoughtfully before additional programs, spend or headcount are added.
- Prospective guests receive prompt, confident and caring follow-up, with a consultative sales experience rather than pressure or discount dependence.
- Creations is known for a clear, differentiated promise that brings medical aesthetics and whole-person wellness together.
- Leadership can make growth decisions using reliable conversion, revenue, partnership and event data.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales Pipeline & Conversion
- Own the sales system and results from lead source through response, qualification, appointment, follow-up, purchase and reactivation; coordinate the daily execution with Guest Relations and providers.
- Establish clear response standards, consultative conversation guides, follow-up cadences and handoffs so opportunities do not depend on who is working that day.
- Use approved CRM and scheduling systems, including GoHighLevel and Meevo, to document activity, next steps, lead source, appointment outcome and collected revenue.
- Conduct or support non-clinical discovery and sales conversations for services, treatment plans, packages and memberships; route all medical suitability, clinical and prescribing questions to an appropriately licensed provider.
- Build reactivation, referral and membership opportunities into the sales pipeline in partnership with the Spa Manager and Guest Relations team.
- Maintain a current pipeline forecast and bring weekly insights, risks and recommended actions to the leadership growth review.
2. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Create a focused Tampa Bay development plan around the highest-fit communities and complementary partners.
- Prospect and cultivate reciprocal relationships with high-fit wellness, beauty, fitness, bridal, women's, healthcare and employer partners.
- Develop trackable referral, event, member-benefit, co-marketing and corporate wellness activations within approved pricing, brand and compliance guardrails.
- Represent Creations at selected networking and community events; build trust before asking for referrals.
- Coordinate a tiered ambassador strategy across team members, community connectors, micro-influencers and trained event staff, with clear expectations and tracking.
3. Events, Programs & Service Launches
- Build and manage a prioritized event calendar based on audience fit, cost, capacity, follow-up potential and expected return.
- Own end-to-end event execution: opportunity assessment, budget request, permits or venue requirements, staffing, training, materials, lead capture, appointment offers, follow-up and post-event reporting.
- Measure each event by qualified leads, booked consultations, show rate, collected revenue and 30/60/90-day return - not by foot traffic alone.
- Serve as the commercial lead for coordinated launches, including the GLP-1/medical weight loss program and future priority services, while medical and compliance decisions remain with licensed clinical leadership.
- Coordinate internal readiness before external promotion, including offer clarity, capacity, pricing approval, scripts, FAQs, training, handoffs and fulfillment follow-through.
4. Brand Growth, Market Insight & PR Support
- Champion the Creations brand in every external conversation and help leadership translate its wellness-forward transformation story into clear, repeatable market language.
- Bring field intelligence back to leadership: what prospective guests are asking, which messages resonate, which objections recur and where unmet market opportunities exist.
- Coordinate with the marketing agency and internal content team so campaigns, landing pages, offers, events and follow-up support the same sales priorities and client journey.
- Identify newsworthy stories, local media opportunities, collaborations and thought-leadership angles; contribute PR expertise as a growth tool without allowing publicity activity to replace sales accountability.
- Ensure external messaging uses approved, truthful and supportable claims, with appropriate clinical review, privacy protection and consent before patient stories, images or results are used.
5. Team Enablement & Growth Operations
- Partner closely with the Founder, Spa Manager, Strategic Growth Partner, Finance Manager, providers, Guest Relations, social/content support and external vendors.
- Train and reinforce practical sales behaviors: confident follow-up, needs discovery, service explanation, membership presentation, referral asks, objection handling and respectful closing.
- Create simple playbooks and checklists for partnerships, events, launches and lead follow-up so successful activity can be repeated by the broader team.
- Participate in the weekly growth cadence, maintaining clear priorities and protecting data quality across lead source, booking, treating-provider and revenue attribution.
