Position: Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC)
Reports To: Director of Business Development
Location: Tampa
Compensation: Base + Commission ($50,000–$100,000+ with unlimited earning potential)

As an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC), you’ll be on the front lines, helping property owners navigate chaos and restore calm after traumatic events. If you’re a natural communicator, thrive in high-pressure situations, and want to make a real impact, this is your opportunity to shine!
What You’ll Do:  
  • Serve Your Community: Consult directly with property owners impacted by emergencies, providing clarity and care.  
  • Build Trust: Establish positive, lasting relationships with clients, first responders, adjusters, and community leaders.  
  • Drive Results: Proactively identify revenue opportunities and secure mitigation work to stabilize and protect properties.  
  • Engage Locally: Participate in community awareness events and volunteer to strengthen local ties.  
  • Be Prepared: Respond to emergencies 24/7, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule.
