⚖️ Key Responsibilities

Communicate daily with clients, attorneys, and medical providers
Complete new client intakes and maintain case files from start to finish
Request, organize, and review medical records and related documents
Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions
Prepare comprehensive demand packages and support materials
Interact with insurance carriers to negotiate settlements
Assist attorneys with trial prep, mediation, and arbitration
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in every client interaction
