What You'll Be Doing

As a Retail Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting client campaigns and delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

Answering customer questions and providing accurate information about current campaigns.
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Assisting customers throughout the sales or sign-up process.
Helping maintain a positive, welcoming environment at retail locations.
Working closely with your team to achieve campaign and sales objectives.
