Paradise Lakes Resort is seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff team members to join our hospitality team. We are a clothing-optional resort, and all employees are required to wear uniforms while working.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain kitchen experience with paid, on-the-job training in a unique and welcoming resort environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Operate kitchen equipment including fryer, grill, flat top, and oven
- Cook meats, fish, and eggs accurately
- Prepare sandwiches and plated food items
- Perform food prep and daily kitchen tasks
- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Stock and organize kitchen supplies
- Run food orders as needed
- Handle multiple tickets efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow written recipes and verbal instructions
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
