Job Description

Powercat Sports Grill is now hiring experienced bartenders. The ideal bartender is a vibrant, energetic, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A successful bartender mixes high-quality beverages, provides prompt and consistent service, is hospitable and cordial to guests and coworkers, acts safely and responsibly, and is knowledgeable.

Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
• Verify identification for age limitations, adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area
• Provide friendly and attentive service

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least one year of high-volume bartending experience preferred  
• Friendly, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills
• Evening and weekend availability
• Experience working with Point-of-Sale system
