Come join our team! We are a local lumber company seeking responsible, motivated, energetic, and fun people to join us in our Sarasota, Fl. location. Our business is growing and we need reliable people who want and are willing to learn and grow with us. Daily duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
-Greeting customers
-Answer phones
-Creating Bill of Ladings
-Printing orders for fulfillment
-Run shipping quotes/schedule shipments
-Processing shipping claims
-Assist sales staff and managers as needed
-Data entry
-Filing
-Processing customer payments
-Light office cleaning
A working knowledge of NetSuite, Excel, and Google Docs a plus
Normal Job Hours are Monday -- Friday 8:30am -- 5:00pm with alternating Saturdays 8:00am to 12:00
Benefits are available after 90 days which include medical, dental, vision, vacation & sick time.
We do run a drug screen and background check
