Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
Higher starting wage may be offered based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Full-Time | Permanent Position
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7 am-3:30 pm OT may be mandatoryÂ

Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to specifications and production schedules. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
No advanced machining experience is required. We are willing to train dependable individuals who have a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to work instructions and specificationsÂ
- Read and follow production orders and job instructionsÂ
- Load and unload materials and finished productsÂ
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as neededÂ
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are metÂ
- Measure parts using basic measuring tools when requiredÂ
- Maintain accurate production recordsÂ
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipmentÂ
- Follow all safety procedures and company policiesÂ
- Assist in other manufacturing areas as neededÂ
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferredÂ
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredÂ
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnÂ
- Ability to read and follow written instructionsÂ
- Basic math skillsÂ
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Dependable attendance and work ethicÂ
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsÂ
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 poundsÂ
- Regular bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motionsÂ
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environmentÂ
