Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Performance & Growth Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, increase website traffic, and improve lead conversion. This role is focused on SEO, analytics, and website performance, working alongside our creative/brand lead to create a fully connected and high-performing marketing engine.

Duties/Responsibilities:
SEO & Search Visibility
- Improve search engine rankings and overall online visibilityÂ
- Optimize website pages, content, and structure for SEOÂ
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase high-quality organic trafficÂ
- Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategy accordinglyÂ
Website Management & Optimization
- Make routine website updates without reliance on outside developersÂ
- Improve site performance, speed, and user experienceÂ
- Create and optimize landing pages for promotions, inventory, and campaignsÂ
- Conduct A/B testing on pages and calls-to-action to improve conversion ratesÂ
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across:Â
- Website traffic (Google Analytics or similar)Â
- Social media channelsÂ
- Email and SMS campaignsÂ
- Paid advertising effortsÂ
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsÂ
- Provide consistent, easy-to-understand reporting to leadershipÂ
- Identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to investÂ
Marketing Strategy & Funnel Optimization
- Connect marketing channels into a cohesive customer journeyÂ
- Improve conversion paths from first interaction to lead/saleÂ
- Collaborate with creative/brand lead to align messaging and executionÂ
- Support long-term growth strategy with data-backed recommendations
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or growth marketingÂ
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and toolsÂ
- Experience with Google Analytics (or similar platforms)Â
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategiesÂ
- Experience managing or updating websitesÂ
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and prioritize high-impact initiativesÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with website platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web performance optimization
- Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Familiarity with paid media performance tracking
- Experience integrating marketing platforms (CRM, email, etc.)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, or company functions if needed
- Ability to visually review digital content, reports, and website materials
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically
