We compost biosolids (sludge) from municipal wastewater treatment plants and produce a rich, organic compost suitable for a wide variety of landscaping and soil enhancement applications. If you have any of the following conditions or disabilities, we encourage you to reach out to the Human Resources Department to determine if this role is a fit for you. •    Asthma, COPD, or other related breathing conditions •    Aversion/Allergies to strong smells, gases, and fumes •    Seizure disorder(s) •    Certain Sleep Disorders, such as Narcolepsy*** What You Will Do: Safely operate the facilities Wheel Loader and Drum Feeder  Enforce safety procedures on the tipping floor Assist with Direct Drop Off procedures and customers as needed Maintain landscaping onsite including, but not limited to, mowing, weed-whacking, mulching  Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free Other duties as assigned  QualificationsYou Have/You Are: At least 18 years of age A valid Driver's License At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment A comfort level working in all-weather outdoors and ability to work indoors The ability to work every other Saturday (required) and overtime Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks We Offer: Competitive Salary  Health Insurance Life Insurance 401K with Company match A fun, family environment  and much more!!
