Reports to: kidMinistry Development and Operations Director
Hours Commitment: Full Time (40-45 hours/week with some weekend responsibilities)

- Support annual budgeting processes by evaluating data and reporting to the Ministry Director and Operations DirectorÂ
- Manage ministry timelines and ensure alignment with organizational prioritiesÂ
- Monitor attendance metrics and identify trends to inform ministry decisionsÂ
- Assist with special projects as assignedÂ
- Identify training needs for staff and volunteers and develop appropriate training solutionsÂ
- Create training materials to support volunteer onboarding and ongoing developmentÂ
- Utilize diverse instructional methods, including simulations, role‑playing, group discussions, and video‑based learningÂ
- Write resources that support the continued development of staff and volunteersÂ
- Assist in training new kidMinistry staff in core processes and expectationsÂ
- Support the training of DEVELUP staff prior to their placement in kidMinistry rolesÂ
- Contribute to the creation of scalable resources for campuses and community gatheringsÂ
- Provide oversight for defining kidMinistry special events and environment products, including outcomes, options, and resource developmentÂ
- Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure kidMinistry remains innovative and aligned with best practicesÂ
- Collaborate with kidMinistry leadership to develop new ministry products and toolsÂ
- Serve as a primary content developer for conferences such as LCBC U, All Access, and others as neededÂ
- Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and partner with the Programming Director to make improvementsÂ
- Assess the effectiveness of ministry products and processes and recommend refinements to support campus executionÂ
- Can articulate an identifiable salvation experience and lives out a pattern of spiritual development and regular attendance and participation at LCBC.

Evaluation: The kidMinistry Strategy and Operations Coordinator will meet regularly with the kidMinistry Development and Operations Director for planning, goal-setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
