Role Description
We are seeking experienced, self-driven Plumbing Service Technicians to grow our team. Applicants must have a minimum of one year field experience and a valid driver’s license. Experience and skill in Jetting and Drain Cleaning is beneficial, though not required. Position includes both residential and commercial plumbing work.

This role is full time, based in Lancaster, PA and will involve on-site work. Technicians will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as install, troubleshoot, and repair many types of residential and commercial systems, provide excellent customer service, accurately account for truck stock and materials purchased, maintain digital job records through field management software, manage time wisely, and other related duties.

Starting wage is $21 - $37 per hour, based on qualifications and experience level. Employees have the opportunity for wage increases after the first 90 days of service, and then annually, based on performance. Employee benefits include 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

One year or more of field experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Be available to work afterhours on-call schedule, as needed
