Facilities Maintenance Technician

From building repairs to improvement projects, you’ll help create safe, functional spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence.

This position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Position Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repair and improvement projects across multiple facilities.
Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains and replacing fixtures.
Handle minor electrical repairs by replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures and bulbs.
Perform carpentry and paint touch-ups to maintain doors, cabinets, drywall and facility surfaces.
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of experience in general maintenance, handyman services or a related field.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building repairs.
A valid driver’s license.
