CDL Driver

Location: Manitowoc, WI

Salary: Starting at $23.00 hour

Hours: 6am – 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime

We're looking for a safety-focused, dependable CDL Driver to support our Shipping and Warehouse operations. This is more than a driving position. You'll be a key part of our team, helping move products safely and efficiently while supporting shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.

What You'll Do

• Operate a semi tractor-trailer and box truck for local and in-state deliveries
• Transport products between customer locations and company facilities
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory and product transfer records
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license required
• Current CDL preferred, or ability to obtain within one year
• Forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain after hire
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
