Every interaction matters, and every team member helps shape the experience our guests love.  About the Role: Deposit Ops Specialist - Account Review This position is responsible for a range of duties related to the daily deposit operations of the bank, including core system functions, information verification, and customer service.  Key Responsibilities Process Non-Post and EIM items daily Lockbox payment processing Balance teller cash daily Review all new and closed deposit accounts Verify customer and account information maintenance Mange deposit scan folder (archive to Director) Complete account maintenance (product changes, E-statements vs paper, rate changes) Complete Customer maintenance (1099, verify address) Provide support to Tellers and Customer Services Representatives at all Bank First locations Be knowledgeable regarding end-of year tasks and forms; create corrected tax forms Balance general ledger accounts to core system applications; research out of balance items Manage Teslar exceptions new/approved/delete Follow procedures and share knowledge with others Look for efficiencies in all tasks completed Accept and provide assistance for special projects as needed Provide assistance to other Deposit Ops teams as needed #INDBF QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For  Associates degree in business or accounting and banking experience preferred.
