What You’ll Be Doing:

⚡ Set It & Run It – Operate high-tech slitting machines to process aluminum coils with precision.
 Fine-Tune the Process – Adjust tension, speed, and settings for optimal performance.
 Keep It Rolling – Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
 Quality is Key – Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure perfection.
 Stay on Track – Accurately log production data, including material usage and downtime.
 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work – Collaborate with quality control, production, and maintenance teams to keep things running smoothly.
Improve & Innovate – Look for ways to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost productivity.

Shift & Pay Perks:

• 3rd shift shift 10pm- 6am *(Sunday- Thursday) – & some weekends!
• Night Shift Premium
