Production Associate

Pay Rate:

Starting wage is $21.97. 聽After successful completion of training, pay rate will range from $23.95-$28.16. 聽Rate of pay is based on job placement.

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm

3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am

*Overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Exact shift placement will depend on current production needs. 聽Training will begin on 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm). Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:

路 Counting and stacking finished product

路 Reading factory orders

路 Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment

路 Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting

路 Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions

路 This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
