POSITION SUMMARY
Performs a variety of general maintenance and janitorial duties, including maintaining Company buildings and grounds.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provides care for company grounds including such activities as maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and removing snow as
needed.
* Ensuring property grounds are free of garbage and other debris.
* Maintains buildings as needed, including minor repairs, replacing lighting fixtures, cleaning windows, and painting when
necessary.
* Performs minor plumbing repairs as needed.
* Performs janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
* Receives and carries out instructions.
* Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times.
* Ability to travel.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The nature of the environment is one in which the employee may come in contact with outside weather conditions, vibration,
moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold or extreme heat and excessive
noise levels.
