EASE Specialist I - DSP, Activities Assistant

Join Our Team as an EASE Specialist at MRCI!
Location: Energy Drive, Mankato, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18.20 – $21.84/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and lead engaging, person-centered day service plans for individuals with disabilities.
• Provide direct support, including personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster independence, social interaction, and community involvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and community partners.
• Track service activities and ensure program effectiveness.
• Recruit and engage volunteers to support program delivery.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Compassion and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities
• Proficiency with computer-based office software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS background check
