JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Chef will control the overall operation of the kitchen. This person ensures a consistent, high quality product is produced. A strong culinary background with the desire to present fresh and creative ideas for our Event Center. This person is a strong leader, flexible, and places safety and sanitation as a high priority. Excellent communication skills and experience in purchasing, receiving and inventory are required. If you have a great attitude and want to work on a fun team while achieving hotel goals, we want you!

What Essential Skills Do You Have?

• 5+ years of hospitality industry experience in similar role
• Reliable, self-motivated and responsible time management
• Ability to manage the daily operations of the kitchen area
• Experience in managing food and labor costs, purchasing and inventory
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, days and night
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
• Knowledge of preparing and serving food and beverages
• Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge
