What You’ll Do:

• Provide precision haircuts, fades, and beard trims
• Deliver the Sport Clips MVP experience (haircut, hot steamed towel, massage shampoo)
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the salon

Qualifications:

• Active Cosmetology or Barber License (Minnesota)
• Passion for men’s haircuts and grooming
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
