HerdStar, a growing small manufacturing business, based in Mankato, Minnesota, has partnered with companies all over the United States and is selling products across the world. The Production Assembly position is responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to; coating, mechanical assembly, soldering, and testing. To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to multitask and work in a team environment. WHAT WE WILL ASK YOU TO DO:. Mechanical assembly including box builds, cable assemblies and bracket assemblies Conformal coating electronics circuit boards Participate in inventory counts as required Adhere to Herdstar’s policies and procedures Perform duties as workload necessitates Maintain a positive and respectful attitude Communicate regularly with management Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position Meet productivity standards.
