Responsible for required data entry, in compliance with federal Head Start Performance Standards, MN DHS Rule 3 Licensing Statues and content service areas. ESSENTIAL FUNCITIONS OF THE JOB: Responsible for providing supportive service for Head Start site operations. Responsible for abiding by MVAC Policies, Head Start Performance Standards, and MN DHS Childcare Center Statutes and Rules. QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree in business, computer science, office administration or related degree and a minimum of 1 year office environment experience is preferred. This position requires precise attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills. Must demonstrate the ability to process paperwork complexly, neatly and accurately. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at a time, ensuring adherence to program procedures.
