The Cohesity Alliance team is looking for a highly motivated individual to help expand multiple strategic partnerships at Cohesity. Cohesity has strategic partnerships with Cisco, HPE, Lenovo and IBM. The qualified individual will have experience in one or more of these strategic partnerships. This role also requires an advanced level of knowledge in virtualization, containerization, servers, storage, data protection, security and cloud. Understanding value selling and how to convey a complex idea simply are key skills in the ideal candidate.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cohesity’s strategic partnerships.
• Understanding and explaining the go to market (GTM) for each of our strategic partnerships.
• Participate in strategic partnership events (In Region) or enablement functions to expand knowledge and understanding of our solution.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 7+ years’ experience in architecting and selling complex solutions.
• 7+ years’ experience working with cloud and/or virtualization infrastructure
• technologies directly.
• Prior experience with or knowledge of Cohesity products preferred.
• Hands on knowledge of data protection & disaster recovery technologies
• Experience with any software development or script programming experience (e.g. Python, PowerShell, C#) as well as experience with an orchestration framework (e.g. Ansible, Salt Stack, Chef, Puppet) beneficial.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business concepts to both small and large groups.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with all parties involved.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
