We are seeking personable and motivated individuals to join our team as Client Relations Advisor. In this position, you will build relationships with travelers, learn about their vacation needs, help them explore available options, and provide ongoing assistance as their plans develop.

The role combines customer interaction, research, organization, and travel coordination. Previous travel industry experience is not necessary. Training and continued support are provided to help you become familiar with travel resources, supplier platforms, and client-service processes.

How You'll Support Clients

  • Welcome new client inquiries and learn about upcoming vacation plans
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand travel dates, interests, preferences, priorities, and budget considerations
  • Research suitable destinations, accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and packages
  • Provide relevant options and information to help travelers make informed decisions
  • Assist clients with organizing selected travel arrangements through approved supplier resources
  • Keep clients informed about confirmations, schedules, payment dates, documentation, and upcoming planning steps
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the planning experience
  • Respond professionally to questions, requests, and routine travel concerns
  • Assist with changes to existing arrangements when necessary
  • Follow up on outstanding information or incomplete travel details
  • Review client and reservation information carefully for accuracy
  • Document conversations, preferences, requests, and travel information within company systems
  • Develop knowledge of destinations and travel products through ongoing supplier and educational programs
