As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Multi-Family Plumbing Superintendent who is ready to lead crews, solve problems, and take pride in building exceptional multi-family projects.

This is NOT a general construction superintendent position. Multi-family plumbing experience is required.

Pay

$35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Location

Multi-family construction projects throughout Middle Tennessee

Schedule

Full-Time

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise multi-family plumbing crews from start to finish.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications.
Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Maintain project schedules and daily reports.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to code.
Solve field issues while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of multi-family plumbing leadership experience as a Superintendent or Foreman.
Extensive knowledge of multi-family plumbing systems, including underground, top-out, and trim.
Strong blueprint reading skills.
Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple phases of construction.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
