Our business depends on having the right people, with the right skills that work when our residents need them. The Business Office Manager has primary responsibility for executing the community’s talent strategy on a timely basis, in partnership with community leadership, regional talent acquisition team and Human Resources Business Partner, as necessary. 

Responsibilities include:

• Manages the local recruitment process for the community including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, pre-employment screening, onboarding and new hire processing, in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Processes orders for necessary services, equipment and supplies within budgetary guidelines and maintains inventory control. 
• Maintains financial controls, including but not limited to, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. 
• Assists with conducting community tours to prospective residents and their families when needed. 

Education and Experience 

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school required; or additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. 
• A minimum of three years related experience and/or training. 
• Previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.  Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
