Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a manufacturing team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate has previous powder coating experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality finishes.

This is a great opportunity for a dependable candidate looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to metal parts and products according to specifications
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, masking, and preparing parts as needed
• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor coating application to ensure proper coverage and finish
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and production standards
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous powder coating experience is required
• Ability to operate powder coating equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies in finished products
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
