The Job You Will Perform:Â
Assist with the handling of day-to-day fiber procurement activities such as contract administration, supplier ticket corrections, customer service, daily inventory, set up and maintenance of supplier PO’s, overweight deductions, safety and various other activities as assigned. Maintain appropriate financial controls for purchase requisitions, accounts payable invoices, payroll records and other financial controls. Manage and maintain files to meet appropriate record retention policies and schedules.
Responsible for a wide variety of general and technical duties for the Mansfield Fiber Supply team that include but are not limited to the following:
Accurately input necessary terms (i.e. pricing, volume, etc.) in Wood Purchase contracts and Purchase Orders.
Manage vendor folders which includes setup, maintenance, insurance, portal setup issues, etc.
Completion of Purchase Orders and NOPOs for all other purchases required by Fiber Supply operation.Â
Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform required functions within IP information systems, including SAP, EBIX, Intellitrans, and Scaleboss.
Ensure compliance with all financial and timber security controls, policies and procedures.Â
Respond to a wide range of work instructions to meet commitments in a competent and professional manner with minimal direction.Â
Actively support employee engagement efforts and demonstrate personal leadership and commitment to safety as a core value.Â
Organize logistics for local and offsite meetings and trainings as requested.
Track and report overtime for salaried nonexempt personnel.
Maintain accurate records and payment for outside sales as needed.
Track inbound and bill outbound rail shipments, and troubleshooting and resolution of rail payment discrepancies.
Generate weekly/month/quarter/year end reports for fiber supply manager.

1-2 years of appropriate work experience.
- Proactive, organized and dependable while working to meet tight schedules.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
