Compensation:

Earn $17 per hour - $23 per hour, with premiums for:

  • Open availability (any shift: mornings, evenings, weekends).
  • Ability to open or close (requires training).
  • Sunday or weekday adult (18+) availability.
  • Performance excellence (e.g., guest satisfaction, operational efficiency).

Premiums are cumulative, subject to management approval, and require 20 hours/week. Benefits include meal discounts and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Implement sustainability practices (e.g., waste reduction).
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
