Compensation:
Earn $17 per hour - $23 per hour, with premiums for:
- Open availability (any shift: mornings, evenings, weekends).
- Ability to open or close (requires training).
- Sunday or weekday adult (18+) availability.
- Performance excellence (e.g., guest satisfaction, operational efficiency).
Premiums are cumulative, subject to management approval, and require 20 hours/week. Benefits include meal discounts and career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
- Manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability.
- Analyze sales and performance data to drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Implement sustainability practices (e.g., waste reduction).
- Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

- Uphold Culver’s operational and safety standards.
- Foster employee engagement through coaching and recognition.
- Drive team accountability with clear performance metrics.
- Demonstrate reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Management experience in food service preferred but not required; training provided.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays.
- Commitment to reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
