Job DetailsJob Location: Industrial Refrigeration Pros (Vertex) - Mansfield, TX 76063Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: DayIndustrial Refrigeration Pros is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Parts Sales Support team member to support daily shop operations at our Mansfield, TX location. This role will help keep the shop organized, assist welders and technicians, prepare materials, load and unload equipment, support inventory control, and help with general maintenance and cleanup. This position will also support parts sales by helping build relationships with customers, fulfilling parts needs, and ensuring inventory is maintained to support field crews and technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is dependable, has strong attention to detail, and wants to grow within the industrial refrigeration and construction trades.     Responsibilities Assist with general shop duties and daily operations Load and unload materials, tools, parts, and equipment Organize and maintain shop inventory, materials, and work areas Help prepare materials for welders, fabricators, technicians, and field crews Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and shop areas Assist with deliveries, pickups, and staging materials for jobs Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment as directed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support welders, technicians, managers, and senior staff as needed Build relationships with customers and help fulfill their parts needs Assist with inventory control and help ensure parts and materials are stocked appropriately Help ensure crews and technicians receive needed parts and materials on time when within your control Make deliveries using a company vehicle as needed Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications Previous shop, construction, warehouse, mechanical, parts, or labor experience preferred Basic knowledge of tools and shop equipment Ability to organize inventory and support parts/material needs for crews and technicians Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment General knowledge of different materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum, and galvanized materials Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely Strong work ethic and positive attitude Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers Forklift experience is a plus, but not required; must be willing to become certified Clean driving record required; this role may require deliveries in a company vehicle Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Comfortable working around tools, equipment, parts, and industrial materials Must be able to work safely in a shop environment Work Location Current Location: 7900 Rodeo Trail, Suite 160 Mansfield, TX 76063 Future Location: 609 S. 4th Ave. Mansfield, TX 76063 Schedule Full-time schedule.
