cTrace Solutions is seeking an experienced Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 for their Corrections Center in Mansfield, OH.
The position offers a salary range of $34-39 per hour, depending on experience, along with a $200 sign-on bonus and additional referral bonuses.
Candidates must possess either an LSW or LPCC license, and CPR or BLS certification is also required.
The role involves developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating client care, and providing crisis intervention for complex cases.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM.

Requirements for Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 :

Responsibilities of Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1:
- Performs as lead worker or independently develops & implements treatment plans for clients, coordinates admission, assessment, evaluation & treatment plans of client's care cycle, provides interventions with acute, more complex clients, handles cases containing numerous factors & problems & provides crisis intervention.
