BDC Representative

We have an immediate opening for a full-time BDC/ Internet Sales Agent to join our growing team. Enjoy the benefits of working with a customer-driven, family-owned dealer group.

Responsibilities:

• Following up on all unsold customers and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
• Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
• Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales.

• Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats.

• Work directly with the Sales Manager to provide penny-perfect quotes.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
• Knowledge of call center environment.

• Positive, outgoing, customer-friendly disposition

• Excellent computer skills required.
