Fox Run: The Center for Children and Adolescents, a subsidiary of UHS, is recruiting for a FT - 30 hours per week - Receptionist / Switchboard Operator . Located in St. Clairsville (OH), this 100-bed facility thrives on passionate and dedicated personnel, while incorporating innovative technology and therapies for the betterment of our patients. Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors

Answering the switchboard

Preparing and coding daily receivables

Maintaining the facility census book

Documenting incoming deliveries

Providing clerical support as requested

Assisting with various clerical duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.

*Hours

• The telephone switchboard is staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - Friday
• This opening is from 2 p.m., to 8 p.m. each day
