Finance Intern

Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Intern to join our team at Urban Farmer. In this role, you will assist with data interpretation, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in financial management and analysis, while helping maintain data accuracy and integrity to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Data Analysis: Assist with analyzing financial data using statistical techniques and financial models to support business decisions.
• Data Management: Help develop and maintain financial databases, ensuring data is collected and stored for easy access and analysis.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends and patterns in financial data to guide decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
• Report Generation: Assist in generating regular financial reports, including budget tracking, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and propose data-driven solutions to enhance financial efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, product, and marketing teams to provide financial insights and support business needs.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Help with budget tracking and forecasting by analyzing spending patterns and financial performance.
• Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial data by following established protocols and security measures.
• Presentation of Findings: Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for stakeholders, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
