Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 310 South Creek Drive in Manteno. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in this location.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and mentor a team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment
  • Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and control expenses to optimize performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations

Qualifications
