At Thesing, our fleet powers the work we do — and we’re looking for a hands-on, dependable mechanic who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines (Cummins, CAT C7) using Snap-On software
- Perform brake installs, tire repairs, oil changes, A/C service, and more
- Keep equipment clean, serviced, and inspection-ready
- Flag issues before they become problems
- Pitch in with your crew to keep the shop safe, organized, and running smooth
- Help drivers stay on the road — and jobs on schedule
What You Need to Bring:
- Real experience working on diesel trucks or heavy equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance
- Solid diagnostic skills — you know how to problem-solve and take action
- A strong work ethic: show up, own your work, follow through
- Clean and safe habits in the shop
- Willingness to step up for your team — no lone wolves here
Competitve Pay - $25-$30/hr (OT over 8 in a day)
