What You'll Do as a Teller

This position is all about connection, accuracy, and service. You'll:

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with care
  • Maintain an accurate and secure cash drawer
  • Answer members' questions, solve issues, and make updates to accounts
  • Provide clear, friendly service while educating members about products and services
  • Identify needs and offer financial solutions tailored to each member
  • Represent Elevate's values in every interaction-with members and teammates alike

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings more than just work experience-they bring reliability, attention to detail, and a professional mindset. You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of steady customer service experience
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way
  • A positive outlook and a team-first attitude

Bonus points (and extra pay!) if you speak Spanish.

This Isn't a Summer Job

Due to the level of responsibility and training involved in this position, we are not considering short-term or seasonal applicants. We're looking for someone ready to make a lasting contribution as part of our team.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, and we keep it to 40 hours or less each week. You'll typically work Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. We occasionally have 8:00 a.m. meetings on Tuesdays. Tellers take turns working Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. If you work a Saturday, you'll still have a shorter day during the week to stay within your 40 hours.
