We are seeking a reliable, safety‑driven, and nurturing professional to join our preschool team as a 14‑Passenger Non‑CDL Bus Driver & Preschool Teacher. Key Responsibilities

Transportation (Before/After School & Field Trips)
- Safely operate a 14‑passenger MFSAB/non‑CDL bus for daily routes and special events.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bus.
- Follow all Texas Child Care Licensing transportation regulations.
- Ensure proper child loading/unloading procedures, seat belt usage, and attendance checks.
- Maintain calm, positive communication with children during transport.
- Coordinate with front office staff regarding route changes, absences, and scheduling.
Classroom Teaching & Childcare
- Support lead teachers in implementing daily curriculum and classroom activities.
- Supervise children with warmth, patience, and attentiveness.
- Assist with lesson preparation, learning centers, and hands‑on activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Support behavior management strategies aligned with school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as needed.

- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Experience driving a 14‑passenger van or MFSAB (non‑CDL).
- Prior experience working with preschool or elementary‑age children.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical demands of childcare.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to child safety.
Preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with Texas Child Care Licensing standards.
- Experience in early childhood education or classroom support.
