Our Maple Grove office is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced practice where no two days are exactly alike. Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM


Compensation

$33.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience.


What You'll Do

You'll work side-by-side with our doctors to provide outstanding clinical support while helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures 
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments 
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral images 
  • Maintain sterilization and infection control standards 
  • Educate patients regarding treatment and home care 
  • Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensure 
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation 
  • Help keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care 
  • Collaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team members

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) 
  • CPR/BLS Certification 
  • Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards 
  • Experience with digital radiography and dental software 
  • Coronal polishing and expanded functions preferred 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Previous dental assisting experience preferred
