Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and driven Senior Global Product Manager ready to take on full-stream marketing for key technology categories within Teleflex Interventional. This role oversees a strategically important portfolio that includes MANTAā„¢, our vascular closure technology, and a range of complex catheters and accessories with peripheral indications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of peripheral intervention – leading both global commercial and market development, as well as new product development (NPD) efforts. You will work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and clinical impact, partnering closely with physicians and cross-functional teams to bring new solutions to market and drive adoption of existing technologies. This is a highly visible role with influence across the organization and direct exposure to business unit leadership and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the field of peripheral intervention. This role is based in our Maple Grove, MN office.Ā 

Principal Responsibilities

Drive Strategy & Portfolio Growth
• Ā  Ā Lead global strategy for vascular closure & complex catheter portfolios with peripheral indicationsĀ 
• Ā  Ā Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including market assessments, business case development, product launches, post-market surveillance, and phase-out planning to ensure sustained market relevance and profitability
• Ā  Ā Identify growth opportunities and inform investment decisionsĀ 
Lead New Product Development
• Ā  Ā Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to bring new products to life, from concept to commercializationĀ 
• Ā  Ā Lead voice-of-customer (VOC) research to uncover unmet clinical needs and inform commercialization strategy
• Ā  Ā Act as an internal therapy expert to support customer meetings, cross-functional decision-making, and broad-based peripheral business strategy
Define Go-to-Market Strategies
• Ā  Ā Develop global launch strategies, scientific activities, and marketing materials
• Ā  Ā Build compelling business cases for new products and market expansion
• Ā  Ā Support pricing, positioning, and forecasting decisions in partnership with regional marketing partnersĀ 
Engage Customers & Build Insights
• Ā  Ā Build strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and key opinion leadersĀ 
• Ā  Ā Stay at the forefront of the field through conferences and direct customer engagementĀ 
• Ā  Ā Translate market insights into actionable strategiesĀ 
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Ā  Ā Work closely with global and regional marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, and other cross-functional partners to support business needs and drive alignment of priorities across the vascular closure and peripheral portfolioĀ 
• Ā  Ā Contribute to broader strategic initiatives, including potential M&A activitiesĀ 

Education / Experience Requirements

• Ā  Ā Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferredĀ 
• Ā  Ā Strong strategic marketing skills, including 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategy in peripheral intervention or a related medical device spaceĀ 
• Ā  Ā Experience in new product development and product launches strongly preferredĀ

• Ā  Ā Comfortable working in a complex clinical environment and eager to learnĀ 
• Ā  Ā Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both internal teams (from leadership to sales reps) and external customers

• Ā  Ā Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiativesĀ 
• Ā  Ā Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ā  Ā Experience working in global peripheral intervention marketsĀ 
• Ā  Ā Ability to identify customer insights and translate into actionable product and commercial strategyĀ 
• Ā  Ā A collaborative mindset and willingness to both lead and to roll up your sleeves and executeĀ

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $132,900 - $199,400 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Ā  The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
