Build. Test. Power What Matters.

Are you energized by hands-on electrical work and thrive in a fast‑paced, technical environment? We’re looking for an Electrical Assembly & Test Technician to join our team and play a key role in building and testing high‑performance electrical systems that matter.

In this role, you’ll assemble and test magnet system controllers, DC rectifiers, battery back‑ups, and other critical electrical accessories, working from detailed schematics and blueprints. If you enjoy precision work, problem‑solving, and seeing a product come to life from drawing to completion, this could be the role for you

What You’ll Do

  • Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to perform complex wiring and assembly.
  • Assemble controller and rectifier panels using hand tools, electric, and pneumatic tools.
  • Test completed units using appropriate test equipment and compare performance against design specifications.
  • Identify, communicate, and troubleshoot issues as they arise—keeping projects on schedule in a time‑sensitive, ever‑changing product mix.
  • Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, hydraulic presses, air wrenches, and parts washers.
  • Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word, email) for documentation and communication.

 What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven electrical assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Comfortable using meters, scales, and electrical measuring equipment.
  • Hands‑on experience with a wide range of hand tools and industrial equipment.
  • Willingness and ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Basic computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a changing production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 lbs. continuously and 100 lbs. occasionally • Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day up to ten hours

Why This Role Matters

Your work directly impacts the performance, safety, and reliability of complex electrical systems. You won’t be doing repetitive, one‑note assembly—you’ll be building, testing, and contributing to products that require accuracy, accountability, and skill.
