Packing & Production Associate

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Packaging & Production Associate to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble, package, inspect, label, and prepare products for inventory and customer shipment. Shift is 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. 

What You'll Do 

• Operate shrink wrap machines, L-bar sealers, and heat tunnels to package products safely and efficiently. 

• Assemble product kits, cartons, and packaging components according to work instructions. 

• Perform product assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection activities. 

• Ensure products meet quality standards and identify defects or discrepancies. 

• Prepare products for shipment and inventory storage. 

• Apply shipping labels and product identification accurately. 

• Complete packaging and production documentation. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 

Physical Requirements 

• Stand and work on your feet for most of the shift. 

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 80 pounds. 

• Perform repetitive motions including reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. 

• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment. 

Qualifications 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

• Dependable attendance and punctuality. 

• Good communication and teamwork skills. 

• Basic math and counting skills.
