POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and account servicing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values relationship-building, enjoys working in a team environment, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide prompt, professional service to clients by phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items.
  • Review policies with clients and identify additional coverage opportunities when appropriate.
  • Work closely with producers and agency staff to support client needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to learn insurance products and agency systems.
  • Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing.
