Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time FMLA

Location: Maple Park, IL

Position Overview
We're seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide FMLA coverage for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite opportunity supports students across an elementary school and a high school within the same district, offering a diverse and rewarding caseload.

Assignment Details

• Position: Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Duration: September 8, 2026 – January 8, 2027

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Hours: 35 hours per week

• Setting: Onsite

• Grade Levels: K–12

• Schools: Elementary School & High School

• Reason for Opening: FMLA Leave

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in both elementary and high school settings.

• Complete evaluations, documentation, and progress monitoring.

• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.

• Participate in IEP meetings and support student success across educational environments.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois IDFPR Occupational Therapist license required.

• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $45–$53 per hour, based on experience.
